Your Profile
- Interest in modelling of physical phenomena.
- Academic degree (MSc equivalent) in engineering or science.
- Self-reliant work, team spirit, proactivity.
- First experience in finite element simulation.
- Basic programming skills in Python or equivalent beneficial.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Improvement of existing simulation techniques facilitating the determination of the thermomechanical load at cutting edges of milling tools subject to cooling.
- Cooperation in an interdisciplinary project team.
- Presentation of results at international conferences and publication in international scientific journals.

A permanent employment contract with immediate start and a gross monthly salary of € 3,277.12 (40h/week).
